Clarification on STU Differential Allowance

In GCR, Section 9.1.4.L., add the following:
"5. Any final drive ratio is permitted provided it fits the differential/transaxle housing without modification to the housing.
6. Any limited-slip or locking differential is permitted."
In GCR, Section 9.1.4.2.C., change as follows:
"3. Any final drive ratio is permitted provided it fits the differential/transaxle housing without modification to the housing.4. Any limited-slip or locking differential is permitted.5 3. Short shift kits are allowed."
