Committee) Seat Belt Tower Removal

In GCR, Section 9.1.7.3.c.8. add the following:
"1. It is permitted to remove the factory seat belt towers on both sides of the car. Once seat belt towers are removed it is
permitted to trim the package shelf according to the NA/NB Package Shelf Trim Guidelines located
at https://www.scca.com/pages/technical-forms-and-downloads.
2. Any modifications per Section 1 above will need to comply with 9.1.7.9.d."
