Tony, Thank you for your letter. There will not be a phase-in of the new 5.0 average. That being said, keep in mind that the 5.0
average applies to automatic invitations just as the 4.0 average has applied in years past. Just because a class does not make the
5.0 average does not mean that it will not be invited, it only means that the invitation is not automatic.
