Request to Re-introduce Tire Marking

Thank you for your letter. The Club Racing Board does not recommend this change. FE/FE2 cars have used these tires for six
seasons and to the overall satisfaction of the participants. Enterprises and Hoosier developed the tires to provide 8-12 heat
cycles with little or no drop off in lap times, and the tires have generally performed on that level. In addition, marking the tires
would be a staffing and timing problem for our volunteers with little if any benefit to the competitors.
