Rule Changes for Formula FST

In FST, GCR section 9.1.1.F.5.9, add a new section as follows and renumber the existing sections 11 and 12 accordingly:
"11. The venturi may not be removed from the base, and the large dime sized plug that holds the venturi in place also may not
be removed. If the plug has been removed, the carburetor base must be discarded."
In FST, GCR section 9.1.1.F.5.9.8, change as follows:
"Vacuum fittings may be removed and ports plugged. The soft plug closing off the front accelerator pump passage may be
removed to clean a clogged passage. It may be replaced by a threaded plug."
In FST, GCR section 9.1.1.F.1.6, change as follows:
"2. Wheelbase minimum 81.5"; maximum 85.5 90.0"

-Exhaust seat maximum OD 36.86 mm (1.451 inches)

In FST, GCR section 9.1.1.F.5.6.1, change as follows:
