Memorializing/Codifying Prior CRB Rulings on Intent

In Off-Course Excursions (Track Limits), GCR section 6.11.3.A, add the following:
"Drivers are required to follow the pavement or marked course of the racing surface (Appendix A, Racing Surface). Drivers
gaining an unfair advantage by placing four wheels beyond the designated racing surface may incur penalties. Placing four
wheels on the curbing would be beyond the designated racing surface."
In Refuse Awards, GCR section 3.6.4, change as follows:
"A driver may refuse all event/series awards for an individual race, event, or entire series by notifying the Race Director or Chief
Steward before his the race. He The driver must meet all other GCR requirements, including impound. He The driver may earn a
lap record and, provided he finishes. he may receive license credit for the race if scored as a race finisher."
