Clarify Tire Marking Regs

In GCR Section 9.1.7.C.1.6.c., change as follows:
"1. A mandatory impound for all SMX competitors will occur after the first dry qualifying or race session. All tires will be markedfor the remainder of the race weekend. It is the competitor’s responsibility to report to impound and ensure their tires aremarked prior to leaving impound. SM cars are limited to one set of Hoosier SM 7.5 P205/50/ZR17 per Hoosier Super Tour event
weekend for all dry qualifying and race sessions. This limitation does not include testing or practice sessions. Approved rain tires
will not be required to be marked.
2. A mandatory impound for all SM competitors is required after the first dry qualifying or race (if rain in qualifying) session. It isthe competitor’sresponsibility to ensure their tires are marked prior to going on track for the next session. A mandatory impound

At the direction of the Hoosier Super Tour Series Tech Chief or SM CCC, thecompetitor will be allowed to substitute alternate used tire(s) to replace the damaged tire(s). New tires are not an option as areplacement tire for a damaged tire If a competitor damages a tire or wheel and there is a safety concern, the competitor must
find the Hooseir Super Tour Series Tech Chief or SMX CCC, if assigned, for inspection. At the discretion of the Hoosier Super
Tour Series Tech Chief of SMX CCC the competitor may be allowed to substitute alternate used tires(s) to replace the damaged
tire(s). New tires are not an option as a replacement tire for a damaged tire."
