Optional Regional Class Approval and Availability

In Categories and Classes, GCR section 9.1, change as follows:
"All cars competing in SCCA sanctioned races must comply with the requirements of the GCR.
There are 3 three types of SCCA classes.
A. U.S. Majors Tour Eligible Classes
U.S. Majors Tour Eligible classes are those listed below which are not designated "Regional Class(es) Only"." An exhibition class
may be added to select Super Tour events with the approval of the Head of Road Racing.
B. Regional Classes
Regional classes are identified in the list below.

C. Optional Regional Classes
1. (Effective 6/1/25) Organizers may develop classes of cars to accommodate local demand and interest. Preparation rules must
meet the General Technical Specifications and be approved by the Road Racing Department. Approved Regional-only rulesets
must be available on SCCA Region and/or Division websites or included in the event supplemental regulations. When changes aremade in the local classes, and are approved by the Road Racing Department, i It is the organizer's option to I include these classes
in events defined in 3.1.2."
