Thank you for your letter. The GCR currently has verbiage that already provides a pathway for participants to address issues that
make them feel uncomfortable. Please see page 4 of the GCR:
“Event Entry Standards
To ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, any information provided during event registration or
displayed on an entered car—including, but not limited to, sponsor names, car names, car designs, and graphics—that is
deemed vulgar, offensive, or inconsistent with our core values will be considered a violation of the SCCA Welcoming
Environment. The SCCA reserves the right to remove such information from the registration system or request that participants
remove offending designs/graphics from their vehicles. Repeat offenses may result in further action. Please note that event
