In GCR, Section 9.1.7.1.23. change as follows:
Rename as follows: "Penalties Clarification – Non-Compliant Parts SMX Penalty Guidelines"
Change the Penalty language for level 1 to the following: "A level 1 infraction carries may carry a $1,000 fine."
Change the penalty language for level 2 to the following: "A level 2 infraction carries may carry a $500 fine."
Change the penalty language for level 3 to the following: "A level 3 infraction carries may carry a $1,000 fine."
Change the penalty language for level 4 to the following: "A level 4 infraction carries may carry a $500 fine."
