Classify SCCA Race Experience Cars in GCR 9.1

In GCR, Section 9.1.C.2. change as follows:
"2. In addition, organizers may include any combination of the following Optional Regional Classes in their events defined in
3.1.2."
In GCR, Section 9.1.C.2. add the following:
"c. Race Experience Vehicles Race Experience (RE) (Optional Regional Class): Cars which fall within the requirements of Race
Experience, meeting vehicle eligibility, performance range and the required modifications and safety gear in SCCA Race
Experience Section 3, “Race Experience Vehicles.” Note: When running as a class at a GCR event, RE Vehicles should either run as
a single class, or be classed with Improved Touring catch-all classes. E.g., IT-EZ, ITX, etc."
