Reduce Requirements for Regional Drivers School Participation

In GCR 3.1., add the following and adjust additional lettering:
"C. Driver Eligibility
1. Age of Majority (Generally 18+ but may vary – check local laws.)
a. Current Annual Membership in the SCCA.
b. Valid government-issued driver’s license.
2. Minor Drivers (Defined in Appendix C. 1.3.A)
a. Current Annual Membership in the SCCA.
b. Valid government-issued driver’s license or SCCA Novice Permit

c. Parental consent and minor waiver as outlined in Appendix C 1.3.B.1
d. Minor drivers without a state driver’s license must have a valid SCCA Novice Permit.
3. Physical and Medical Fitness Drivers must not be on medication or have a medical condition that impacts the ability to
participate and be able to handle the physical and mental demands of competition for the length of a session for each session of
the event."
