Revise and Clarify Starts and Restarts

In The Pace Lap, GCR section 6.5.2.B, change as follows:
"(Effective 1/1/26)
1. If a pace car is used, it will be positioned at the head of the pack, with emergency lights flashing. Drivers may not pass the
pace car until it turns off its emergency lights and pulls off the track, and the pole car all cars will maintain the speed of the pace
car before it pulled off track until the green flag.
2. If a pace car is not used, the pole car will pace the field complying with directions from the Race Director or Chief Steward or a
designee. The pole car will maintain a constant speed from the grouping until the green flag, and all cars shall must not
modify its their speed approaching the flag stand."
