In GCR, Section 9.1.7.C.1.J, add new letter c and renumber as follows:
"(Effective 1/1/2026) c. 1.6L cars may convert from the factory Air Flow Meter to the Mazda Motorsports EAFM (Emulated Air
Flow Meter) part # 0000-10-6900. The kit must be used in its entirety, and no modifications are permitted."
