Request to Adjust Classification of the USF2000 MZR Package

The Club Racing Board does not recommend this change. FC is a restricted class. The MZR is not an approved engine under the
general FC rules, and neither is a 5-speed an approved transmission. This combination has been allowed in a spec line only in the
USF2000 tube frame chassis based on that package's specific performance level. To separate the MZR engine and its 5-speed
transmission from the USF2000 chassis spec line would require the creation of a new spec line, which is expressly disfavored
under the FC rules.
