At this time, the 115% rule will be used for the Hoosier Tire SCCA Super Tour and the SCCA National Championship Runoffs
competitions to ensure that drivers are on pace with the front runners. The Race Directors and Clerks of the Course for both
HSTs and the Runoffs will be keeping an eye on drivers who are failing to meet the 115% requirement, and provisions are being
considered for inclusion in the supplemental regulations. Our goal is to allow maximum, safe, and fair participation for all SCCA
eligible drivers.
