In Spec Racer Ford, GCR section 9.1.8.D.1.F.a, change as follows:
"NO MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED WITHIN THESE RULES. This includes all fuel injection
and engine management components, including exhaust, cooling, electrical, and lubrication systems. All systems are subject to test
procedures and must conform to OEM / RFSRII / SCCA Enterprises specifications. All fluids, except fuel, are unrestricted."
In Spec Racer Ford, GCR section 9.1.8.D.1.T, add the following:
"If a competitor refuses to give their components, engine and/or transaxle units for testing per a request of the Class Compliance
Chief (CCC) or Chief Steward (GCR 5.12.2.C.), the following penalties will automatically be imposed:"

"4. Any drivetrain part found to be out of spec, during voluntary or involuntary inspection, will constitute a Drivetrain Violation.
Penalties may be assessed post event.4. 5. For a second illegal Drivetrain Violation, the competitor will be permanently disqualified from further Spec Racer Ford "SRF –
SRF3" competition. Drivetrain Violation components will be identified within the class Specifications. Drivetrain Violations will be
permanently tracked."
