The Road Racing Competition Committee appreciates the submission of the supporting documentation on the issue of
measuring the compression ratio of the Kent 1600 cc engine. The RRCC has carefully reviewed the information in the GCR on the
FF Kent 1600 head and cylinder/piston configuration, the calculation of the compression ratio, and the means for determining
