In GCR, Section 9.1.4.1.H.6., change as follows:
"The minimum weight is determined by the installed engine displacement, TIR or table spec line. It is to be used as the base
weight for any chassis weight related adjustments. Chassis related All positive adjustments that are percentage based are
performed by adding the total of all specified percentages first and subtracting the total of all negative specified
percentages second if necessar y. Final step is addition or subtraction of specified weight in pounds."
