Objection to letter #39921 Revisions to GCR 9.3.29A. and 9.3.29B

In Identification Markings, GCR section 9.3.29.B, change as follows:
"The minimum height of all numbers is 8 inches with a minimum 1.5-inch stroke width on a single-color contrasting background.
All numbers must be the same color and style. Metallic (reflective) identification characters and backgrounds are prohibited. The
minimum height of all class identifications is 4 inches with a minimum 1/2-inch stroke width on a single-color contrasting
background. The Chief of Timing and Scoring and the Race Director/Chief Steward will determine legibility of markings."
