In GCR, Section 9.1.7.1.D.6.1.General, change as follows:
"Effective 1/1/27 all engines for Hoosier Super Tour/Runoffs and all Major events starting in 2028 must be the Roush
Performance turn key sealed engine part # 0000-01-5015-KT. NO MODIFICATIONS OR ADJUSTMENTS ARE ALLOWED. These
engines are purchased through Mazda Motorsports by calling 800-435-2508 or visiting www.mazdamotorsports.com.
For all events in 2027 other than the Hoosier Super Tour and Runoffs, engines prepared to specifications listed in 9.1.7.1.d.6 are
permitted."
