GT2 Panoz twin turbo clarification

In GT Engines - PANOZ, 2013-2016 Ford EcoBoost Twin Turbo V-6, add to notes the following:
"Must use an engine that is a 2013-2016 variation of the 3.5L twin turbo EcoBoost as used in the Ford F150 truck. All OEM
engine internal specifications must be retained.
Compression ratio 10.5-1.
Ford Turbo model part# FL3Z-6K682-E (Left) FL3Z-6K682-F (Right).
Dry sump system is permitted per GT2 rules."
