In FX, GCR section 9.1.1.J.B, add the following:
"6. FormulaSPEED - Shall comply with notes in Table 1"
In FX Table 1, classify the FormulaSPEED as follows:
In FA Table 2, remove FormulaSpeed2.0 (FS2.0) spec line in its entirety.
