T5 Ride Height Rules.

In B-Spec and C-Spec Categories Specifications, GCR Section 9.1.10.E.15., add the following:
"Ride height: For B-Spec Minimum ride height is six (6) inches, for C-Spec Minimum ride height is five and a half (5½) inches,"
