T5 Tire Options

In B-Spec and C-Spec Categories Specifications, GCR Section 9.1.10.E.7.a., add the following:
"For B-Spec: Tires shall be Hankook 205/50R15 C51 or Hankook 200/580R15 Z217. No mixing of wet and dry
tires on the same car. For C-Spec: Tires shall be 225/45R17. DOT Tires must be run unmodified.
