Fasteners for Bumper Caps

In B-Spec and C-Spec Categories Specifications, GCR Section 9.1.10.E., add the following:
"47. Positive fasteners may be used to attach the bumper caps to the OEM bumper cap clips and may include a machine screw
and T-nut or a rivet-nut. Pointed screws such as self-drilling/tapping or sheet metal screws are prohibited."
