Thank you for your letter. There was a special meeting about classing this car. We were extremely concerned about classing this
car without any turbo inlet restriction, which is our usual method for controlling horsepower. The agreement made was that the
Blackwing would run on stock suspension with the specs currently in the spec line. It has already been granted some allowances
beyond the initial agreement.
