In GCR section 6.10.1.B, change as follows:
"Scoring is the finish position of the competitor at the end of a race as the competitor crosses the marked Start/ Finish line. If a
camera is used to determine a photo finish, the camera must be mounted in a direct line with the start/f Finish line."
