Thank you for your letter. GCR section 9.3 specifies which classes require fire systems versus fire bottles. A change in fire system
requirements would need to be submitted through the letter system, reviewed and recommended by the GCR Advisory
Committee, voted on by the CRB, and ultimately sent to the BoD for approval. The recent change to the SMX section of the GCR
was made so that it does not conflict with the general fire system language in Section 9.3.
