Update Tire Rules

In GCR Section 9.1.10.E.7. change as follows:
"a. For the remainder of 2023, B-Spec entrants will be allowed to compete on both Hankook and Goodyear Tires. For B-
Spec: tires shall be Hankook 205/50R15 C51, Hankook 200/580R15 Z217, P205/50Z R15 Goodyear Eagle RS (Dry tire) Catalog
#D4850 or P205/50ZR15 Goodyear Eagle RS-R (Wet tire) Catalog #D4851. Effective 1-1-2024 Hankook Tires will be allowed at
regional events only, through 6-30-2024. Effective 7-1-2024 Goodyear is the only legal specified tire allowed in B-spec for all
events. Mixing wet and dry tires is not permitted. Tires may not be modified. All B-Spec competitors are required to place two (2)
12-inch or larger “Goodyear” decals on their cars, one on each side of the car above the front tire.
C-Spec: Tires shall be 225/45R17. No Mixing of wet and dry tires on the same car is not permitted. Tires must be run unmodified.

b. When using the Hankook wet tire, all cars get a 0.2” lower ride height allowance due to smaller radius of the wet tire."
