Thank you for your letter. The touring committee isn't prepared to decrease the weights of all contending cars in T4. We feel
that the BOP is too close to risk such a drastic change. We will consider the concept that the cars are too heavy when making
future adjustments. We can focus on lightening to help slower cars. Thanks.
