Thank you for your letter. The rule is adequate as written. SMAC does not make compliance determinations, that is reserved for
the tech staff. To be clear every race is a new event, and cars are not deemed compliant because of past events. Saying the car
was deemed legal by the Spec MX-5 Challenge series has zero bearing on the current SCCA rule book.
