Thank you for your letter. The committee classed this car in T2 under certain conditions, as defined during a negotiation with the
car's engineers. They were willing to forgo performance springs and shocks in order to be allowed to run without a
restrictor. The engineers suggested they are not capable of engineering a restrictor method that would be workable. The
members of the TAC are committed to standing behind this agreement.
