B-Spec Allowance

Effective 1/1/2026 In GCR Section 9.1.9.2 TOURING (T2-T4) CATEGORY, change paragraph 4 as follows:
"Touring car eligibility: Cars are eligible for the class they are listed with a specification line and with the specific allowances
permitted. In addition T2-T4 cars may race one class up in touring classes above their specification line class as long as they are a
legal T2-T4 car and conform to their specification line allowances as classified. Cars conforming to B-Spec or C-Spec rules are
permitted to compete in Touring 4. Cars conforming to B-Spec rules are permitted to compete in Touring 4 without a flat plate
restrictor."
