In GCR section 9.1.7.1.6.1 add as follows:“Effective 1/1/27 all engines for Hoosier Super Tour/Runoffs and all Major events
starting in 2028 must be the Roush Performance turn key sealed engine part # 0000-01-5015-KT. NO MODIFICATIONS OR
ADJUSTMENTS ARE ALLOWED These engines are purchased through Mazda Motorsports by calling 800-435-2508 or
visiting www.mazdamotorsports.com.
1. All seals on the engine shall remain in place and unmodified at all times. In the event an engine needs to be rebuilt, all engines
shall be rebuilt, checked on an engine dynamometer, and sealed through Mazda Motorsports/Roush Performance.
2. Engine maintenance is permitted, and includes the replacement, but not modification of external engine and engine systems
parts.

3. There are five (5) seals on the engine. Two (2) on the valve cover, two (2) on the front timing chain cover, and one (1) on the
oil pan. They may not be removed or tampered with.”
