The Runoffs are the primary focus of the committees. It is the event that provides the best data and it is the only race involved
in crowning the national champion. Mid-season BOP is overshadowed by the goal of achieving parity by the Runoffs. In 2024,
the T4 RX8 claimed the top 7 grid positions in a 15 car field. The TAC and CRB were confident that, even if minor, something had
to be done to encourage participation from other spec lines. The committee does not feel that it would be appropriate to put
the RX8 back in such a dominant position.
