In GCR, Section 9.1.4.1.H.7., change as follows:
"All current STU cars, except TCR car s, may reduce their weight by 4% after all other modifiers."
In STU Spec Lines, remove Chart STU-TCR in its entirety.
In T2 Spec Lines, classify T2-TCR Chart as follows:
