Please address loopholes in T2 TCR
#40002 from Touring Committee · Rule change · TB 26-04 (2026-04 Fastrack)
In all T2-TCR Spec Lines, add to Notes the following verbiage to each car:
"Must conform to "2024 TCR Technical Regulations" prepared by WSC."
In GCR, Section 9.1.9.2.E. Car Classification, change as follows:
"These classifications shall be reviewed on an annual basis, and shall be effective as of January 1. Once these classifications have
been officially published, models and or specified OEM parts not available to the public or valid SCCA club members by March 1
of the calendar year will not be classified for Runoffs competition until the following calendar year.
Touring Category
Classes are as follows: T2, T3, and T4.

1. Weight and Ballast
a. The weight is defined by the automobile’s specification line. The weight requirement in the following spec lines supersedes
those represented in AS and TCR rules. Weight may be changed mid-season to adjust performance.2. Ballasta. b. Ballast - Automobiles may carry ballast to achieve their specification’s minimum weight. Refer to GCR section 9.3

1. TCR cars competing in T2 are required to conform to "2024 TCR Technical Regulations" as prepared by WSC World
Sporting Consulting Limited .
2. TCR cars are allowed a maximum wheel size of 10" x 18".
3. TCR cars are permitted any DOT approved tire, 275 max.”
