Thank you for your letter. In letter number 33762, you requested an aftermarket intercooler for the 320i T3 and T4. An
intercooler of this type has never been allowed in T4 and would set an unwanted precedent. Aftermarket intercoolers are
common allowances in T3. We feel that the 320i is a better fit in T3 and would be more reliable there.
