Spec Line Info for Electric Touring

In GCR, Section 9.1.9.3.F.7.a., change as follows:
“All wheels shall be of the diameter and rim width combination as originally offered by the OEM (including
optional equipment) for the year(s), make, model and trim level(s) of the car as listed on the specification line.
Unless noted in the vehicle's spec line, wheel size and tire size are not restricted as long as they fit within unmodified
OEM body work. It is permissible to roll the inner fender lip to prevent rubbing.”
In GCR, Section 9.1.9.3.F.7.d., delete in its entirety and reletter:
“Wheels are permitted any offset provided the tire tread (that portion of the tire that contacts the ground) does
not protrude beyond the fender opening when viewed from the top perpendicular to the ground.”
